Exports amounted to 320.6mt (+9.7% year-on-year), followed by 37.4mt (-11.5% yoy) made in short sea/cabotage, 32.3mt (+1.3% yoy) in transit, and 18.7mt (+3.2% yoy) in import traffic.

Out of the total, the turnover of liquid bulk totalled 229.3mt (+9.7% yoy), including 138.2mt (+12.1% yoy) of crude oil, 71.4mt (-1.6% yoy) of oil products, and 16.5mt (+60% yoy) of liquefied gas.

Dry bulk and general cargo accounted for the remaining 179.7mt (-4.8% yoy), comprising 70.5mt (+10.8% yoy) of coal, 28mt (+6.5% yoy) of containerised freight, 14mt (-9.8% yoy) of ferrous metal, 12.2mt (-46.9% yoy) of grains, 8.9mt (-3.3% yoy) of mineral fertilisers, 3.9mt (+10% yoy) of ores, and 2.6mt (-6.6% yoy) of timber.

The Russian Baltic seaports handled the most cargo in the reported period, up by 6.1% yoy to 130mt. Azov-Don ports took care of 118.9mt (-10.8% yoy), Far East - 104.9mt (+6.8% yoy), Arctic - 51.7mt (+25.1% yoy), and Caspian - 3.5mt (+44.1% yoy).
