PSA DGD purchased by TIL and PSA

The European Commission has approved the joint acquisition of the Belgian container terminal operator by Terminal Investment Limited and PSA International.

Both investors will create a 50/50 joint venture.

PSA DGD operates a container terminal in the Deurganck dock at the Port of Antwerp, comprising 41 cranes deployed across nine berths and a total quay length of 3,550 meters.

According to American Shipper, PSA DGD's assets will be connected with MSC PSA European Terminal.
