In total, the port handled 1.5m TEU, noting an increase by 8.7% year-on-year. Measured in tonnes, containerised freight amounted to nearly 15.38mt (+6.5% yoy).
At the same time, wheeled cargo made over 14.96mt (+4.3% yoy). The port’s finished vehicle logistics sector saw an increase, too, up by 2% yoy to 2.83m vehicles.
