The Italian shipyard has signed a EUR 79.5 mln share purchase agreement with STX Europe for the acquisition of 66.66% STX France’s share capital.
The closing of the transaction will be subject to customary conditions for this kind of transactions.
Based in Saint-Nazaire, the STX France shipbuilding yard employs approx. 2,600 people, and has a network of over 500 subcontractors.
