ECG's new report series tackles COVID-19

The Association of European Vehicle Logistics (ECG) issued their first report in a series aimed at sharing data and analysis on market and regulatory issues. Containment risks management is the topic of the premiere publication, assessing the impact of COVID-19 on the European automotive supply chain.

It answers important questions regarding the means with which the sector copes with the crisis in a time of weakening demand and presents the best and worst case forecast output scenarios. The report also presents an analysis of the European original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supply chains' means of handling the disruption period and lessons that can be learned from the crisis.

The new initiative is undertaken in collaboration with Automotive from Ultima Media.
