The Romanian seaport has signed a protocol of cooperation with the Kazakh International Association Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.
The main aim of becoming a member of the Association is to increase freight traffic at the Port of Constantza by serving as a turnaround point for cargo flows between Europe and China, India, Iran, as well as other Central Asia countries.
