The Polish company is the sole bidder for a 11.75% stake in the Port of Rijeka Authority belonging to the Croatian privatisation agency CERP.

OT Logistics has offered PLN 45.6 mln (approx. EUR 10.7 mln) for a total of 1.58 mln shares. If CERP accepts the offer, the Polish company will increase its stake in the enterprise running the Rijeka port up to 32.56%.

Back in July 2015, OT bought a 20.81% stake in the Port of Rijeka Authority, becoming the second largest shareholder after the Croatian Government.

Apart from logistics and freight forwarding, the company operates a number of sea terminals in Poland, including dry bulk and container in Świnoujście, and a ro-ro one in Gdynia. OT Logistics is also setting up a deep-water facility for handling agro bulk in the Port of Gdańsk.
